Instead of using bread crumbs and/or cheese to bread something before cookine (like chicken breasts) use almonds! Simply place a handful of almonds in a small food processor and pulse until they are the size you wish to use. The chicken stays moist and almonds are good for you!

Divide cookie dough into cookie sized portions. Quick freeze these in a single layer on a cookie sheet and once frozen, portion into freezer bags. After sealing, write baking directions on each bag. Bags of one or two are great for a quick fix, bags of 6 to 8 are great when you have company!

Now that you've hit the weight you'd like to maintain, be sure you watch your portions. When eating out or at those family dinners where someone fills your plate for you- make sure you aren't eating more than you want to eat. Don't be afraid to make 2-3 meals out of "one", you'll be glad you did!
