Stickers. Everytime I work out I put a sticker on my calendar.

I put the calendar where others can see it. It helps me see how many times I have worked out in a week or month. Plus if there isn't a sticker by Wednesday, I will get exercising. So I can get that sticker.

Kick up daily activity

Whenever I go up or down my flight of stairs, I stop at landing & step up for 25 steps. It has helped me keep off winter weight I tend to put on.
