While taking stairs

I make it a point to take steps upto the 7th floor of my office building once in a day... While doing so, i dont think i am doing some difficult work, i just look nowhere and take steps slowly.
Once i finish.... im Soooo happy. The catch is act before u think.

Walk after Dinner

I am makinag a habit of Walking everyday after having my dinner. Yesterday it was too late, and was raining ,too. I am happy that i walked indoor even if it was for a few minutes. Its helping in digestion and burning a handful of Calories, too emoticon

When u dont feel like exercising~

It happens all the time with me .. LOL But i make a point to do something Everyday. Go for a nice walk , do house cleaning, take steps more, do Yoga or simply dance in ur fav tunes (dont 4get to make d volume LOUD ) emoticon

Exercise - you'll eat less :P

I have noticed this strange thing- the Day I exercise, I really eat nice and do not feel like spoiling the good job during the entire day. emoticon

Chew a gum while cooking~

I have this nasty habit of eating things while i cook to make sure they are cooked properly.... emoticon and i end up eating a lootttttt in course of time. The Saviour is a humble chewing gum which keeps me from eating here and there emoticon
Try this if u have a similar habit.!!!

Morning Walk

I didnt feel like exercising today as i did it last evening. So just got up an hour early, and went for a walk. It was soooo refreshing outside that i didnt feel like I was exercising.. i felt sooooo good. emoticon

Moving around

I have started doing a lot of house work lately... .LOL , It doesnt only keep my house neat but also burns those lil lil extra calories which adds up in d end :)
