I make it a point to take steps upto the 7th floor of my office building once in a day... While doing so, i dont think i am doing some difficult work, i just look nowhere and take steps slowly.
I am makinag a habit of Walking everyday after having my dinner. Yesterday it was too late, and was raining ,too. I am happy that i walked indoor even if it was for a few minutes. Its helping in digestion and burning a handful of Calories, too
It happens all the time with me .. LOL But i make a point to do something Everyday. Go for a nice walk , do house cleaning, take steps more, do Yoga or simply dance in ur fav tunes (dont 4get to make d volume LOUD )
I have this nasty habit of eating things while i cook to make sure they are cooked properly.... and i end up eating a lootttttt in course of time. The Saviour is a humble chewing gum which keeps me from eating here and there
