I pack my lunch each night, usually when I'm cleaning up from dinner. That way, when I'm rushed in the morning, I can't forget to make a healthy lunch.

When I want to eat something I don't need, usually a Snickers, I grab my belly fat. I reminds me that I already have a Snickers in storage.

I keep wonderful music on an ipod, and when i start to feel depressed I play upbeat music. When I am feeling too hyper, I play soothing music. I find that I can change my mood by listening to one or two songs.
Life happens. When something happens to interfere with healthy strategies, just get back on track again.
Find a natural place to sit for 30 minutes everyday. It could be a park, your yard or any place you can visit every day undisturbed.
There is not a lot of things good about being alone. Sure you need quiet time and time to do the things you want to do around the home. But 24/7 alone is not good and when friends or family come over you can laugh and have fun together. Never stay alone, join some clubs, sport events, visit friends ...
