Avacados

The avocado contains fourteen minerals, all of which regulate body functions and stimulate growth. Especially noteworthy are its iron and copper contents, which aid in red blood regeneration and the prevention of nutritional anemia. It also contains sodium and potassium, which give this fruit a high alkaline reaction. The avocado contains no starch, little sugar, and has some fiber or cellulose.

DRY MOUTH

Biotene Toothpaste helps dry mouth tremendously. I use Colgate Total in the AM and Biotene at night. They also have mouthwash, oral gel for nightime, and gum. The gel is great. Forget the gum it's expensive and Orbit sugar free does the same thing. Toothpaste is about 5.50 at Walmart.

Best Pasta Choice

Dreamfield's Pasta has only 5 digestable carbs. I measure out 2 ounces and add Tuna or chicken, or Lawry's Spaghetti Sauce which has only 2grams of sugar and 6 grams of carbs. Freeze left over sauce.
