I weigh myself every day...that way if a couple of pounds have snuck onto my hips, I can get them under control. I think it is easier to loose 2lbs than 10lbs!

After a 70lb weight loss, I still weigh myself everyday....it ensures that I can maintain my weight within a 5lb range, but enjoy trying new foods and adjusting my intake...without gaining a tonn of weight.
I eat 1 cup of cottage cheese about 30 minutes before I go to the gym. Then when I get back, I eat a half cup (dry) oatmeal, a half chicken breast and some berries. For me this seems to work!
