I had to find things I already liked doing. I used to run a lot when I was younger and truly enjoyed it. I also love to cook. I decided to start back into running slowly and made a pack to not eat out. I am at the end of week 4 of this and am on a roll.
I never tell myself something is forbidden. If I do I just want it more. I take everything in moderation. Many times if I crave something I will just tell myself I will have some later. By the time it is bed time I usually have stopped wanting it.
