get and keep me moving during the day

I sew a lot. sitting long periods isn't good. I set a timer to go off every 30 minutes. I get up and move about for 5 to 10 minutes. Moving can be getting water, playing with my cat, restroom break, walk outside, anything that requires movement and standing up. It helps my arthritis!!! :) emoticon

raspberry ketones

This appetite suppressant will keep you from eating large meals and craving those sweet treats we love but are deadly. Take only if your system can tolerate them. They really do work. emoticon

resistance bands

I keep a resistance band and a folder of Nicole's printable resistance band workouts in my drawer at work. It is easy to pull out and do on my breaks or even between calls when it is slow as I work night shift in a call center emoticon

CHI FIT

The essence of Chi Gong is in fluid movements that engage your entire body, and conscious breathing. These movements improve your strength, flexibility & coordination. And you''ll probably never find a more relaxing meditation!

But it doesn't stop with Chi Gong class. In your everyday life you'll find yourself using the breathing techniques to soothe stress, calm your mind, and remain connected to your inner-strength.

THANKFUL

I am thankful to God who gives me the strength to do what I have too each day When you get older and have medical problems it is not always you choice on how you do things. I push myself each day as far as I can in everything I do. I may have to cool it some day along the way but that is life.
Always thank God for what he does for you and may not do for you because he knows best. All have a great weekend and be happy and healthy.
