Every time I see a vending machine or feel hungry, I'm tempted to buy a bag of m&ms. That's at least 200 calories plus the $1 it costs. Every time I avoid buying them, I'm going to start putting that dollar aside.

Fill up a water bottle or 16 ounce cup with water and use a Crystal Light Ice Tea pack (or whichever you prefer). 10 calories, and the taste mixes terribly with chocolate!
Did anyone else get enough Easter candy to last a year? I really don't want to eat it all myself, so I leave it out on my desk and tell all my friends walking by to take some.
