Save your money & the environment by recycling your plastic freezer bags after you initially use them. I always rinse out the bag and then fill it with hot soapy water and let it set a bit and then rinse again with hot water and air dry. Good as new to reuse again and again.
Make the commitment to make the positive changes for yourself and no one else. Find or create a plan that works for you. Then be true to your plan and trust the process. Burn the boats and never look back!
If there are particular products that you like and use often, write the manufacturer or maker to let them know how you like their product(s) and then request coupons. In these hard economic times you will be surprised how many companies will provide you with coupons, sometimes freebies! ;)

Personally, a lot of my own failure has been due to the failure to plan ahead. So in order for me to win at this losing game, it is imperative that I plan ahead for ALL my meals. On days when I know I will be busy with errands and running around, I will prepare my breakfast and lunch the day before.
