My daughter likes to be rocked to sleep. While I'm holding her I will sit on the couch or cross my legs and use my core to move back and forth. You can do this without a child though Just remember to let your abs do all the work to lift you forward and rock you backwards.
So when I get hunger cravings, I drink some water. Til I feel like my belly is full. That helps keep me from eating unhealthy stuff. Plus, it helps get those 8 glasses out of the way much faster. Sometimes I feel hungry two minutes after I drank, well I just drink some more!!!
