i talk up SPARK everywhere that it is appropriate...i have created an in-town team of new-to-the-weightloss journey relatives of only 3(of course!) and this is helping me be more accountable AND when 1 has a not-so-good week, at least 1 of the other 2 pulls that 1 up...i've even talked 1 into the me...
