When I worked and I took a bathroom break I would march in place to increase my steps. It also works if you are standing on your feet like a cashier, nurse, gardener, or other jobs. The steps add up quickly. Even you you march in place brushing your teeth for two minutes, dish washing, cooking you are getting tons of steps in. Just do it. MOVE!!!
I save on my workout costs by Trading Workout DVDs with friends. It allows me to do workouts by fitness gurus of all types. It's so fun to try out new workouts like Qi gong, yoga, Ti Chi, Strength Workouts, Cardio Workouts and more !!!
I found a great MD who is helping me with a nutritional program to help my body detox, cleanse, balance hormones, and nourish. She has offered FREE PHONE Consults. She has helped me to get back on my feet after being very ill. Now I have energy and improved strength. I posted about her in my blog.
I can do anything I set my mind too. I have risen up from a wheelchair to walk again. I keep moving even when my body doesn't want to. If I can do it - What is your excuse. Just start by doing 1000 steps at a time per hour. In 10 hours that is 10,000 steps or 5 miles. Lets get strong together!!!
When you think exercising is too hard, remember others who struggle to walk recovering from accidents, strokes, multiple sclerosis, or other conditions. You are blessed not to have anything other than attitude stopping you from moving. Get up and use your body while you can!
