If your like me then you hate to lose so I decided to race my mother in law to our goal which just happens we both are trying to reach 130. Do to my competitive streak I know I wont lose and it gives me motivation to try really hard.
Well I know we all have days when we just don't want to exercise. I have found that if I start by doing some chores like washing the car, or raking the lawn, it usually puts me in the mood to move and i end up exercising. Hope you found this helpful. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE
