HRM Watch - Use It

How much calories do you burn depends on your weight, height, age and sex. Calorie burn tables for some activities present average. If you can, by a HRM watch it is a good investment, you can track your calories, heart rate.

Toilette exercise

At work, don't use your toilette just for, you know.. :) make ti your gym...squats, wall pushups, calf raises with wall, leg abduction...do at least one series - 10 repeats
