After you exercise, always log it into the fitness tracker on SparkPeople. Pretty soon you'll look forward to logging your exercise minutes, and it'll be a reward every time you do your workout. You may even find yourself working out for longer, just so that you can log more minutes!
After you work out, wash your sports bra in the bathroom sink and drape it over a towel to dry. The next day, you'll see it hanging there all fresh and clean, and you'll be motivated to put it on and work out again!

Before you go to bed, set out your workout clothes and sneakers in a place where you can't miss them in the morning. Having your gear all ready to go makes it easier to get dressed in a jiffy, and be out the door on your jog before you can think of excuses to skip the workout!
If you're having trouble keeping track of how many glasses of water you've had (or can't get motivated to drink enough), use a paper cup and draw 8 boxes right on the side. You'll get to check off a box every time you empty the cup, and you'll see exactly how many cups are left to drink that day.
