The Value of De-Stressing Can Be Overlooked

Losing weight can become stressful and energy draining. The first instinct, especially if the weight is not going down, is to work harder or to eat less. But stress can become a negative influence in our efforts. Tyrying a de-stress technique such as Guided Meditation, QiGong or TaiChi may be just what you need! emoticon
