I LOVE bread... but the calories are just too much... & add on other stuff, it all adds up to WAY more than it should! I tried 1/2 a sandwich, but that made me feel cheated so I tried to cut a slice of good whole wheat bread in half the OTHER way! Yep, it is possible and even my first attempt was success. I then had two slices of bread with the calories of ONE. Xtra bonus, you use less meat & cheez since with less bread you can taste the fillings MORE! And a WHOLE sandwich not half!!!
When you are thinking whether or not to give in... that's enough time to say no.
When using an exercise bike or a treadmill, stepper, etc while watching the tv... (or listening to the radio) an easy / fun way to get a bit of interval training in to kick up your workout, is to kick up the difficulty or tension a couple notches for commercials. Then when the commercials are over, kick it back down and you can "relax" and enjoy the show and then when those stupid commercials come on again, you can kick it back up. This kicked me right off the plateau I was stuck on!
