I found at least 4 extra minutes a day of activity that is simple to sneak in. I do some sort of exercise while my lunch is in the microwave at work! I do some zumba dance moves, wall pushups, calf stretches, or anything that comes to mind while the clock ticks down. If nothing else, I walk up and down the hallway. It's sometimes up to 10 no-longer-wasted minutes of my day if I heat up water for tea or something. It's not much, but it all adds to my total activity time for the day!
My absolute FAVORITE exercise is walking my dog as we both work toward being thinner and healthier. I wasn't looking for a dog when I found him, but apparently Someone knew what would get me motivated to move. When I won't do it for myself, I WILL do it for Buddy! Anyone can do this, and any pace is okay, so those of us who are really heavy can feel successful from the get-go. I've lost 40, and Buddy's lost 3! YAY US!
