Why weight?

I like to add working out with dumb bells while I am on the stationary bike. I may not be adding all the sets and reps, etc., but I am adding more calories burned:)

Another lunch/snack tip

I am often in my vehicle right at the time I get hungry. I have gotten good at planning my snacks, including protein, by using an insulated lunch bag. I usually pack a few bites of fruit, a low fat cheese stick, and even small pieces of cooked chicken. I make sure the chicken is cooked in smaller bits and can pick it up either with a plastic fork or cover my fingers with a small bit of plastic wrap. This makes it easy to grab if I am really "on the go". Oh and my lunch bag looks cute emoticon
