I recently that one of the churches in my town has an inside walking track and small gym. You do not have to be a member of their church to use their facilities.
Make your own Ice Cream treat's using fresh ingredient's leaving out all the shiny candies and the 'cookies & cream' ice creams. Those 2 ingredients come from: Shellac made from bugs to make the candies shiny and hair and feathers go into making the 'cookies & cream' parts.
Hydrogenated oils are referred to as the Silent Killer, if you see the word hydrogenated on the label ingredients put that item back on the shelf. They are in pizza, pot pies, cereal, Crackers, cookies,donuts etc. Cyberparent says hydrogenated fats, although not saturated, act like saturated fats in our bodies and can do as much, or maybe even more, harm. Get your fats from Omega 3's and Omega 6's and please check the labels.
Lately I've been finding myself losing the battle against junk food and binges...however, a bite doesn't count against you until you swallow it. Twice in the last week I gave in to the temptation for a food I really didn't want or need. Both times I was immediately disappointed so I spit it out and avoided triggering a binge! Gross but effective.
I'm most likely to make an unhealthy meal choice when I'm rushed or tired. To avoid this I set aside time to cook in large batches. Then I freeze meals in individual portion sizes. When I don't have time to make lunch or I'm too tired to cook dinner, I just pull something out of the freezer.
put wet jeans in dryer ad let dry long enough to get good and hot then get the jeans out and hang and let them dry on their own....my husband tries this and messes up everytime,,,maybe on purpose so i will do it lol
I recently discovered that I wasn't eating enough for weight loss. It is something I struggle with due to allergies, but I am still positive that I am on the right track. Once I discovered this issue, I started to maintain the weight loss and I am losing a pound every two weeks. Win situation for me. Staying positive works! Smiling helps too.
