Always get your sleep

I find that when I don't get enough sleep, I am much less successful at losing weight. Being tired causes me to make poorer choices in food. I am tired and don't feel as great as I could and choose comfort foods when I know I shouldn't, and lose sight of my goals/motivation. Being tired also causes me to be more negative emotionally, which again leads to doubting myself, comfort foods or snacks that I know I don't need. Get your 8 hours of sleep!

Never Leave the House Hungry

I always try to eat before leaving my house, and take a full bottle of fresh/cold water. If you have a protein shake or meal, (something healthy), before leaving the house, you will be less tempted to indulge while at the mall food court and can avoid eating out at a restaurant where you might not know the nutritional info.
