Kill weeds and crabgrass growing in sidewalks and driveways by pouring vinegar onto them. A half-and-half solution of vinegar and water can even kill garden slugs if itís sprayed directly onto them.

I love oatmeal in the morning, but I do not like the texture of instant. As a result, I rarely have time to make my whole oats before I am out the door. I have found that if I prepare my breakfast the night ahead, it re-heats nicely. Now I make enough for 2 or 3 days ahead of time and keep the individual portions in the refrigerator. Fast, easy, and starts my day off right!
i have found that when I hit a plateau for 5 days or more I treat myself to a special meal that I just love and have not had for a while. Than I go right back on my diet and drink lots of x-tra water for the next few day. It seen this gets my system back into diet more I start to loose weight again.

Get a jump atart on keeping your house clean and picked up by developing a habit of never "passing through" a room empty handed. If there is something that needs to be put away (shoes left by the door, etc...) just grab them and carry them with you while you are passing through anyway.
