When I feel the urge to have a snack I do not need or a craving, I go brush my teeth and make them feel nice and fresh, That way you do not want to ruin the clean taste in your mouth, and if you did go ahead and snack it would not taste the same as the toothpaste taste would interfere and food would
use a plastic dish pan in the freezer . It helps keep food easier to get to and easier to empty and clean the freezer. Its easier to take 4 containers out instead of 100 . Its also easier to rotate and keep meat fresher longer by placing meat in baggies and have a date on each bag yu put in the dish pan. Showing dates. Then Layer meat with new meat on the botton, & inside each baggie have each meat labeled as well as dated.
How to eat a candy bar without the calories!
I was having a terrible chocolate craving last night that made me want to eat a whole cake or tray of cookies. I ate 1/2 c of dry Choco Dyno-Bites (generic of Cocoa Pebbles) and it handled the craving. It was 80 calories, 0.7 g of fat, 17.3 g carbs, and 0.7 g protein. I ate them by picking up a few at a time, and because they're so little, it took a while to eat them, so I ended up feeling like I'd had a lot of something.
Go on You Tube and watch the "Blow Torch vs. Twinkie" video. If a blow torch cannot burn up a twinkie, how can you expect your body to burn it properly? It really is a great visual on how bad Trans Fats are for you. Stay as far away from those trans fats as possible!!
