Don't Keep it a Secret!

If you feel ill or find an unusual lump or anything of the sort don't be afraid and keep it a secret! Not only may you prevent early detection and treatment but the lack of moral support and just the stress of not knowing will be your demise! Ignorance is not bliss - early detection, treatment and support is something you do not want to miss!

Use it or Lose it

Get into a regular routine of cardio and weight training. After age 20 muscles, when not being used, will decrease in mass half a pound per year! Maximum bone density is achieved until age 30 where, without action may allow bones to lose mass as well.

X Marks the Spot!

For easy peeling of tomatoes simply penetrate the skin of the tomato with a knife to make a "x" then add the tomato to boiling water and watch for when the skin peels back or spreads in a stretchmark-like manner!

X marks the spot, add the circle (tomato) to the pot!

Speak up!

When ordering at a restaurant and you are unsure of the preparation method or coating on something, ask! If is not the way you would prefer ask if it would be possible to alter and I have yet to find an establishment that hasn't obliged.

Be the boss to aid in weight loss! (or maintenance)

Put yourself out there!

Don't be stuck with the "what ifs" of doing or not doing something. You will never know what could have been unless you have tried!
