A few weeks ago I noticed my son getting up early to exercise before school. He was doing push ups, chin ups, triceps and hanging leg lifts. I was impressed and told him so and that I need to start doing that myself. Then I heard the wonderful question "Mom, you want to get up early and work out with me?". On MWF I get up with my son to do push ups, chin ups, triceps, hanging leg lifts and free weights. It is paying off and I get to spend quality time with my son. Life is Good!
To ensure I drink 8 cups of water a day I take my 32oz water bottle where ever I go and fill it up twice. I take it to sports events, to work, to meetings, in the car, walk around the house and yard with it. It is always next to me and I sip on it all day. I always drink two of them through out the day. Sometimes I even drink more than needed.
