Pick one focused objective and a great reward

I've picked one objective to focus on for a few weeks. After a while, it just ebcomes habit. I like to pair it with a great reward. First, I gave myself a great fitness reward every week that I hit 210 fitness minutes (a new workout shirt or shorts, a subscription to a fitness magazine). After several weeks, fitness became a fun habit and something I would never miss. Next, I aimed for 8 servings of fruits and veggies a day, which went well. Now, I'm finally trying to hit my calorie range.

Night time munchies

I get the late night munchies. If I cave, I now choose frozen fruit instead of ice cream. A nice crisp /dehydrated Apples or Pear instead of chips... and keep carrots and other veggies when i want that salty "binge" with no more than 2 TBsp of Dressing... I get more fruits and veggies this way.. and it has really caused me to think about my munching choices. (IF YOU ARE DIABETIC this is something you would need to deal with sugar levels before trying)

Fruits and Veggies

Good Morning All, I'm finding out that I cannot eat Fruits and Veggies after lunch...It brings my numbers to high if I eat them for dinner or for an evening snack. And that includes my favorite, Apple Cidar ! ! !

Body Fuel

When I'm eating healthy foods, like fresh fruits & veggies, I think about how they're a great fuel for my body. I'm giving my body the best fuel for it to run efficiently. It makes me feel really good about eating healthy foods!
