Often a Sparkmember will have a gorgeous picture as their page background but it will be hidden by the page itself, usually only showing the outer edges of the picture, no matter how far down you scroll.
Studies prove that people are more likely to stay on track when "eyes are watching them." A mirror on the refrigerator, and one in the pantry, may subconsiously reduce snacking, sneaking or binging. PLUS, looking at yourself will remind you of your goals and help make that decision on whether you are going to snack or choose another option when you are not truly hungry.
It's all in your head. Set yourself out to do something and DO IT!! Don't slack on it either. I take 1 day at a time. If I fall off that day, I start all over the next. What keeps you motivated? Is it God? Religion? Your family? Yourself? You want a smaller size? Picture your new body and use your mind to get the results you want!! You can do whatever you want as long as you put your mind to it!!
Take a front, side & back picture once a week. Try & stay in the same pose & place but change your clothes around! Name each photo with week & weight.
Each Monday, I'm taking a picture of my scale's digital reading and posting on my Facebook page. It's a great incentive to watch my weekend eating, get exercising, drink water etc Also, as my posts have gone up, more people have made comments and notice, giving lots of support
