Realage Walking Videos

This Sparked Me!

I am doing way better with my walking program since I started walking indoors with the walking videos on Dr. Oz's RealAge site. I still walk outdoors in comfortable weather but with indoor walking the heat, rain, wind, mean dogs, traffic, and blisters pose no obstacles.

MORE INFORMATION:
The program is in two parts of approximately 15 minutes each and is adequate but not grueling--the equivalent of a brisk 2-mile walk. It also requires very little floor space--I do it in my air-conditioned hallway. Plus, the video provides me friendly company and appropriately-paced music.

I have maybe 8 of her walking and other type of exercise videos and they are my favorites. I even take rhem with me when I travel along with my portable DVD player and do them in my Hotel room when I have time. emoticon

The lady who does the RelAge walking videos is named Leslie, and I believe she is Leslie Sansone.

I feel the same way about Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds video. It keeps me on track with exercise even when the weather is not good for walking outdoors.

The same 2-mile Leslie Sansonevideo is available on YouTube, as well as 1-mile and 3-mile alternatives.
