    I have many dvd work outs, but there are a lot of workouts available on youtube. I very seldom do the same work out in the same week.

    I love kickboxing, not very good at it, but fun and burns the calories. I am trying biking to work. I have not rode a bike more than a block since I was in middle school. emoticon

    I recently tried a spinning class for the first time, I really enjoyed it (and I always hated using exercise bikes). Now, I think I am hooked.

    I am doing a kickboxing class and a hip hop class. I love it and it gets me exited to go to the gym.
