I used to love to inhale a bag of popcorn every night. I found the secret to success for me was to brush my teeth whenever I felt like grabbing that bag and tossing it in the microwave. The taste of toothpaste in my mouth, and the feeling of clean teeth, made it easy for me to forget the popcorn or any other snack. I have lost 80 pounds!
Ground flaxseed and cinnamon will help lower your blood sugar and your triglycerides. Try a daily breakfast shake with oatmeal, flaxseed, cinnamon, fruit (banana, apple, papaya, whatever) , water and skim milk in the blender. Tastes good and will definitely lower your numbers!
