There are days when I just don't feel like exercising but one look at my 7mnth daughter & I've changed my mind. When she's constantly trying to crawl, stand or walk inspite of falling, how can I give up?

I never actually thought of that. It is so true. What are ten minutes of fitness spurts throughtout the day when my 9 month old son is CONSTANTLY trying to move and walk and crawl and climb? Thank you so much for the reminder :)
