We don't think twice about brushing our teeth atleast twice a day for good dental hygiene. So why do we have to think about exercising daily? Putting exercise in terms of a daily care routine has really helped me think differently and positively about the importance of exercising.

If you find yourself with a lower body injury, don't stop exercising, but rather focus on the upper body. If you are faced with an upper body injury then again, focus on lower body exercises. This way you will never have a reason to be without exercises in your daily routine.
If you have little ones and find it hard to work exercise into your daily routine, dancing is the key! Round up your little troopers and play some fast paced, happy music and dance until you're exhausted!
