I was just told about this feature and it rocks. It tracks your daily calories, fitness minutes & SparkPoints. You can look back at a week or a month and see how you made out. You get gold stars on the days you made your calorie target. Now I want to count gold stars and maybe make them a goal!
From your start page it is on the left, below "My Goals" and it's in a big white box. How could I miss it?

I use the SparkSummary Calendar found near the bottom left of your Start page to notice trends in eating and exercise. If I don't lose as much as I think I should I look at my patterns to determine how I can adjust for even more success! 411
I use the SparkSummary Calendar to track my weight loss. It is located on the Start page on the left at the bottom. You can track calories burned by exercise, calories taken in from food, weight and Spark Points. I can easily see trendsthis way. It keeps me focused and encouraged.
