I am not generally a yogurt fan, but the Yoplait brand Greek style Yogurt is SO GOOD. 130 calories in the strawberry flavor, no artificial sweeteners, and 12 grams of protein in a single serving! The texture is amazing too!

If you're like me, you have trouble getting enough protein, but you love your carbs. Try switching out regular yogurt with the Greek kind. Fat free, still some good flavors, and usually double the protein of the regular stuff!
Oikos & Yoplait are two big companies that make some good varieties of Greek yogurt.
I know the Greek style yogurts are better for me, but I still like the flavor of Yoplait light better. I have taken to mixing one part Yoplait light to one part Greek no-fat yogurt for the perfect blend of sweetness and health!
