Packing the night before makes me more likely to follow through on the next day's plans. It seems simple, but the process of really putting thought into the next day's plans really helps me follow through.
I pack my lunch, my gym bag and my purse the night before. I take everything to my car in the morning and I'm more likely to hit the gym if I don't have to go home first to get clothes!
