Sometimes it is difficult to "find time" to exercise, more often than not due to letting outside things influence.
Instead, set a definitive time for exercising and post it on a calendar. In this way, you remind yourself of when you are going to be exercising and family members will know this is "YOUR" time, and that you need to be left alone to complete your exercise routine.

This is silly but I would normally get dressed in my work out clothes 1st thing in the morning....even if I wasnt going to work out right away! I would wear them all day till I worked out. I hated to take them off if I didn't work out. It made all the difference! I almost always made time to workout
