Sometimes it is difficult to "find time" to exercise, more often than not due to letting outside things influence.

MORE INFORMATION:
Instead, set a definitive time for exercising and post it on a calendar. In this way, you remind yourself of when you are going to be exercising and family members will know this is "YOUR" time, and that you need to be left alone to complete your exercise routine.

    I have exercise on my schedule and usually tell my family, "I have to do this today..." The only reason to not do it is if something more urgent arises, such as a sick child, or a child needing help with algebra the day before a big test.

    I'm learning to do more and now I even find myself getting closer to my goal of exercising for two hours a day while it's warm.

    I have mastered a healthier diet, I just can't get started on exercise. It's so important, what am I waiting for? I do move a lot during the day. That's a start I suppose.
