Remember that each person loses weight differently. Add one new thing to your exercise plan, food intake, OR other weight loss factor, such as drink eight 8-oz glasses of water per day. Do whatever you choose for at least one week. If it works for you, keep doing it for another week, one more week.

What keeps me motivated is looking at my meals for the next day. Change the foods around to my liking so I look forward to each meal. Make it exciting, not boring and the same ole yogurt or special K for breakfast because thats what commercials say. Keep it simple, but delicious. I get on this site several times a day to look at my upcoming meals - which keeps me focused...and keeps me looking forward to my next meal.
