Take a large pot, one bottle of barbecue sauce, boneless/skinless chicken breasts and enough water to cover them. Cook for 2 hours, pull apart with two forks, return to the pot and cook down the liquid portion.
Serve alone or in wraps or tacos.

MORE INFORMATION:
Left overs can be transformed into chicken salad by adding light mayo and chopped veggies. Serve cold on a bed of lettuce or in a whole wheat low fat tortilla.
