The best way to clean to mix it up. Use the step stool and instead of a bucket of water, go up and down the steps to rinse a dirty cloth. Don' t be afraid to get on your hands and knees and stretch to the back of the cupboard. Reach for the stars and get any stray cobwebs too! Enjoy the result.

I have just started exercising muscle groups hard and have gotten sore, especially my back and arms. Today I took it easy and rested. I feel renewed. Maybe will rest again from exercise again tomorrow. This is a new adventure for me. I am 62 and have not exercised for ten years.
I also am tracking my food choices and set a goal to loose 160 pounds over the next two years. Journaling is so helpful in renewing this goal each day. It is becoming real. Lost 24 pounds in the last 8 weeks. 248
