Don't keep clothes that are too big for you. Clothes that fit you are your constant check that you are staying the course. When the clothes get snug you have too take care of it because you have nothing else to wear.
When I was first losing weight I drove around with my "big" clothes in my car for 4 months before I had the strength to drop them off. My little voice in my head kept thinking, what if I need them again. I knew I had to get rid of them- I can't backslide too far.
