I set aside an hour each day for 20 minutes of exercise, 20 minutes of reading inspirational/motivational things for my future visions, and 20 minutes to relax/meditate/think about my achievements, use positive reinforcement on myself, and be thankful of what I have each and everyday. Being a person who works two full time jobs and does college full-time, this really helps me get through the week!
Take back the power food has over you..You assigned it that Power..You can take it back..
It is a lie that food is our friend..a lie..food is fuel for our bodies, do not let it tell you anything else. You have the power to reassign its meaning in in your life, it starts today reassign it tell it what it really is fuel!
