I reached a goal today of getting back in the 130's. A while ago I told myself what I would do when I saw that number on the scale. And today I'm going to spend the day follow up on my rewards. Follow through on your promises to yourself, it is really important!

I promise to accept myself for who I am. I promise to do the best I can for myself. I promise to give myself the time needed to be healthy in every single area of my life. I promise to give myself a break. I promise to remind myself that I am human, I am not perfect and no one else is either.
Every day when you get up and say that today is the day that I will eat healthy or exercise and then you don't you lie to yourself. Eventually we stop believing liars and as a result, over time you stop believing in yourself. Make one promise today and keep it.
Decide which small promise that you can make today, ie no food after 7pm; exercise today, no alcohol or drink your water. Just make a promise and keep it for a day. It gets easier and you start to believe in yourself. Then weight loss follows.
When obtaining Spark Points, I automatically select the 'drink eight glasses of water' before actually doing so; not just to get the Spark Points but to make sure I drink the eight glasses of water daily. Making sure I get in my 8 glasses H20 helps me eat less.
It's like making a promise you have to keep.
