Sneak it in - but don't let your body know!
The first time I lost a significant amount of weight...I would "sneak" in exercise here and there. Taking the stairs, parking in the farthest spot from the mall/groccery store, or purposely making two trips up and down the stairs when I probably could have done it all at once. Sounds a little silly..but it adds up! On top of regular exercise and eating right, I believe this really helped me reach my goal!
Getting the kids outside is a good way to sneak in exercise. I have my son garden or do yard work with me (huge yard). When I want to stop he still wants to finish what we started and vise-versa.
