    I agree with this it's not about only going to the gym. You have to switch up so your body doesn't get use to the same exercises.

    My favorite fall/spring/summer activity is golfing; walking the course, carrying my clubs, and having fun! Thanks for sharing and reminding me how fortunate I am for having found mine....that in addition to gardening and all my household chores.

    I definately agree. Exercise can be anything almost. I just got back from vaca in San Francisco and lemme tell u, no exercise needed. Just siteseeing was enuff- hills, hills and more hills!

    ABSOLUTELY! emoticon walking w/small group of friends & it's always at a good pace (we're all walkers) & never less than an hour--about 4 or 5 miles! We catch up, share our latest happenings, etc. emoticon

    I dont do the 60 min. work outs. I like doing 10 - 15 mins...Plus playing with my grandkids....

    Playing with your Grandkids, Hide and Seek, outdoor play etc. is a great form of exercise and oh so much fun for you and the kids!!! emoticon emoticon
