Now is the time I must put my big girl undies on and just do this. I can't act like a kid who wants every poor food choice out there. That attitude will not get me to a healthier place. I'm not a kid. I'm a grown up who has all the information and tools I need to make this happen. It's time I start acting like it.
Eating 5-6 meals a day; getting adequate sleep, eating veggies and fruits daily and healthy food choices at every meal and snack, working out 4-6 days a week, staying organize, shopping adequately, journaling, let others know what I working towards and staying busy on SparkPeople!
My kidney doctor use to tell me that to lose weight wear less. No sweats. He said your body has to work harder to get warm with less clothes on. So when no one is home I do my housework in my bra and undies. I hope soon to fit into a bikini or at least a 2 pc. suit. 218
