I have found that packing my workout bag the night before helps me not forget anything the next morning. If I don't take my workout bag with me to work, or if I forget something, my workout is dead. Once I get home, it's difficult to go back out.

To motivate you to go to the gym, i find that if i pack my bag the night before and leave it right at the front door, so i basically have to fall over it in the morning to get out of the house and then put it in the front seat of the car. I wont forget and i will feel guilty if i dont go to the gym. And think to myself well its packed and its here so i might as well head up to the gym. Thats what helps me to go.

I have two sets of hygiene products-one for home, one for the gym so I don't have to worry about packing that. I also have a quick-drying microfiber towel in my bag so it dries in the gym bag before the next day's shower. Having my bag packed means all I have to do is grab and go!
