Pack Your Bag The Night Before



I have found that packing my workout bag the night before helps me not forget anything the next morning. If I don't take my workout bag with me to work, or if I forget something, my workout is dead. Once I get home, it's difficult to go back out.

    I like your idea. I have two bags, one for swimming and the other for general workouts. I find if I pack the bag the night before or even the morning of, I have no excuses not to follow through.
