I've finally found out that I need balance in my life to stay on the healthy track. I can have chocolate, I can have wine... I can skip a day of exercise... I just cannot let it continue indefinitely!
Don't skimp on sleep by trying to add more events to the days. It's a stressor & gets everying out of balance. and Don't repeatedly hit the snooze button, either go to sleep earlier or take a nap. Don't let the snooze button become a habit that needs broken.
