Try a flavored rooibos tea for dessert, instead of eating something sweet. Rooibos tea has tons of antioxidants and they aren't sweetened just infused with great flavors! Yum! My favorite is Chocolate orange bliss! And if I need it even a tad sweeter I add a little vanilla soy milk and then top off with a touch of agave, you can get the tea from www.cascadeteacompany.com along with many other places : )
Drink as much fresh brewed loose leaf tea as you want, especially between meals....it's full of beneficial antioxidants and curbs cravings. I like dandelion detox tea for "cleansing". Rooibos (red bark) and Oolong teas are great too! I like to brew my tea and then chill it over ice - refreshing!
