I am NOT a yoga person, but needed something to help stretch me out as I have had trouble with back/hip/hamstring that kept me from being able to exercise at all. This DVD feels so good on those tight areas and many things are what my physical therapist had me doing. LOVE IT! Stretching routine!

Leslie Sansone: Look in Used Book Stores for Used DVDs.
I love Leslie Sansone. I have several of her DVDs. You can choose 1 mile on a day you don't have as much energy or go up to 5 or 6 miles by combining DVDs or repeating some miles. Her energy and positive motivation is infectious. You can work out in your own home and you don't need a lot of room. No gym membership fees required. At the end of one DVD is a segment on fixing healthy breakfasts. By using the stretchy band during one of the miles you can strengthen your arms and core.
If I have energy I'll do the 4 mile walk slim and add the 1,2,3, or 4 mile Walk Away the Pounds Express. I recommend the 3 Mile Walk Your Belly Flat DVD with bicycles and a floor stretch at the end. The stretches on Walk Slim Fast and Firm and 5 Day Slim Down include some yoga.
I purchase many of my DVD's at thrift stores for a fraction of the cost of a new DVD. Finds include Slim in 6 for $3.00, Power 90, Leslie Sampson, Cathe, Yoga DVD's and many others. The supply is always changing and it seems like I always find a new workout for pennies.I have also picked up exercise equipment like new for almost nothing. 319
